Enroll in our online driver education course. Once you complete it, we will send you your online driver education certificate of completion (Form DL400C). You MUST have this form with you when you go to take your learner's permit test at the DMV.

Find a driver license office and schedule an appointment for the written exam (you may also simply show up but you may have to wait some time).
Bring your certificate of completion (DL400C) from our online driver education course to the DMV office and take your California learner's permit test. Once you get your learner's permit, go ahead an enroll at the driving school of your choice.
